Capoeira Demonstration

We are delighted to invite you to a demonstration and workshop on Capoeira, the Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines the power of kickboxing with the energy of breakdancing.

We have partnered with Adam Mestinsek, who is currently a student in our Portuguese and Latin American Studies program, to bring you a chance to try your hand at Capoeira in a friendly and encouraging environment.

The workshop is free and open to all students at the University of Toronto.
